Regular Audits: We perform regular security reviews on SimpleDesk's code and underlying infrastructure to ensure a continuously secure and reliable experience for all users, especially those less technical who benefit from its simplified interface.

Data Privacy

Purposeful Data Collection: SimpleDesk is designed to centralize and simplify your Jira interactions. We only collect data necessary to provide these services, such as your Jira project configurations, tickets, comments, and attachments, to enable features like the consolidated inbox, comment/attachment management, and historical ticket view.

Data Storage Location

Data Processing: SimpleDesk acts as an interface to simplify your Jira workflow. It does not store your core Jira issue data on its own servers long-term. Instead, it processes and displays information directly from your Jira environment to provide features like the consolidated inbox and historical view. Any temporary data used for performance is secured within our cloud infrastructure located in the UE.
Jira Data: Your main Jira data remains securely stored within Atlassian's infrastructure, which adheres to enterprise-grade security, data protection, and compliance standards.

Compliance

Regulatory Adherence: We are dedicated to ensuring SimpleDesk helps you simplify interactions while adhering to regulatory standards. We comply with applicable data protection laws such as GDPR.
